These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the website and relocation services provided by Transitia GmbH ("Transitia", "we", "us"). By engaging our services or using this website, you agree to these terms.
1. Our services
Transitia provides relocation support for individuals and families, including guidance on visas and paperwork, housing search, and settling-in assistance. We provide coordination, preparation and guidance; we are not a law firm and do not provide legal representation. Official applications to authorities are submitted by you, with our support.
2. Engaging us
A service agreement begins once we confirm the scope of support and you accept it. We will agree the relevant deliverables, timeline and fees with you in advance. You agree to provide accurate information and the documents needed for us to assist you.
3. Your responsibilities
You remain responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit to authorities, landlords and third parties, and for meeting any official requirements. Outcomes such as visa approvals or housing offers are decided by third parties and cannot be guaranteed by us.
4. Fees and cancellation
Fees are as set out in your service agreement. You may cancel in accordance with the terms of that agreement; fees for work already performed remain payable.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by German law, our liability is limited to direct damages arising from our own negligence in providing the agreed services. We are not liable for decisions made by authorities or other third parties.
6. Governing law
